Return & Refund Policy – LUIS RAFAEL

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• All tags must remain attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

• Worn or damaged items

• Items returned without original packaging or tags

6. Pre-Orders

For pre-orders, shipping will take place within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery times may be longer than standard shipping.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at:
